The New Era Medical Office Complex at 7855 Howell Blvd. will no longer be vacant. A collaboration between Mayor Broome and New Era Holdings has produced a list of occupants for the medical office building.

A new medical development is coming to Alexandrine Place in Shreveport. Already home to Fern Marketplace anchored by Whole Foods. The project will be developed by WB Development Partners & New Era Companies, and features Nobis Rehabilitation Partners as the operator.

Today’s announcement that Oceans Healthcare, Capital Area Human Services, Ochsner Health, and the Louisiana Center for Eyes would occupy the vacant New Era Medical Office Complex in north Baton Rouge is part of a plan that has been in the works for the past two years

New Era Companies today announced the commencement and redevelopment of Howell Medical Plaza in Baton Rouge, LA.  Joining New Era today in celebration was Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards, East Baton Rouge Parish President-Mayor Sharon Weston Broome and executives from New Era Companies, Oceans Healthcare, and Ochsner Health. 

WB Development Partners and New Era Companies purchased land at 1451 Fern Circle, Shreveport, LA, and will commence construction of a 40-bed inpatient rehab hospital.
